1. How long does shipping take?

3. I ordered multiple items but only received one — is that normal?
- Yes, that can happen. To get your products to you as quickly as possible, we sometimes ship items separately from different warehouses. The remaining items will arrive shortly after.
4. What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
- We’re very sorry to hear that. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package and include photos of the damaged item. Our support team will take care of it promptly.
5. Can I return my order?

6. I entered the wrong shipping address — what can I do?
- If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, please contact us immediately at support@the-fifth-season.com. We’ll update your address before dispatch. Once your order is on its way, unfortunately, we can’t make changes.
