Return Policy

At The Fifth Season, we want you to feel confident in every purchase.
If something isn’t quite right, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition;

All tags, packaging, and accessories must be included;

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Please note:

We cannot accept returns on final sale or gift card items.

For hygiene reasons, certain personal items (such as undergarments) cannot be returned.
2. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Support team at support@the-fifth-season.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, you will receive detailed instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable).
3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method (UPS, USPS, or FedEx).

The Fifth Season is not responsible for lost or untraceable return shipments.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you a confirmation email.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
Please note:
Shipping fees and insurance costs are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or color, subject to availability.
If the replacement is unavailable, we will issue a full refund.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@the-fifth-season.com.
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or credit card company.
Processing times can vary depending on your financial institution.

8. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
